Segment can only be set before the first synchronization or after cleaning the cache. You can install multiple instances of the same app and configure each differently - like profiles.
If a product is moved out of a segment in Ergonode after synchronization with BaseLinker, it will be automatically deleted from BaseLinker during the next sync process.
