Interface overview

The Media screen contains:

  • A left navigation sidebar with access to Folders, Media attributes, and System attributes.

  • A folder tree that can be used to browse and manage the media structure.

  • A top action bar with options such as Actions, Filters, View selection, Flat mode, New folder, and Upload.

  • A main file list showing folders and files in the selected location.

The content area supports a table-style view with columns such as preview, name, size, and created at.

The grid supports column sorting (click headers), reordering (drag headers), and adding/removing columns via drag-and-drop from Media attributes and System attributes in the sidebar.

Resources > Media

The file list shows both folders and files in the selected location, or everything when the Flat mode is ON.

Pagination controls at the bottom of the list allow you to move through multiple pages of results, and the interface also lets you choose how many items are shown per page.

Search, filters, views, and batch actions.

The top bar includes Actions and Filters for managing and refining the displayed content.

Rsources > Media Top bar options

The interface includes a search row inside the table, allowing you to search within visible columns such as file name and size (simple search).

• Only unique attributes can be used.

• File extensions are ignored.

Working with folders

circle-info

There is no limit on how many folders or how many branches the folder tree can have.

Use the folder tree on the left to browse the media structure.

Folders can be nested, and expanded items in the tree reveal child folders below their parent.

To create a new folder, use the New folder button in the top-right corner or the green plus button visible near the bottom of the sidebar.

Resources > Media > New folder modal

Folder actions appear in the menu next to each folder name in the tree.
These include opening, creating, renaming, deleting folders, and moving them within the structure.

Folder names must be unique within the same parent level, but you cannot have two “Watches” folders directly under “Main folder,” but nested “Watches” subfolders are allowed.

Uploading files

circle-info

You can only upload 50 files via the UI at once.

To add new media, click Upload in the top-right corner.
If no specific folder is selected during upload, files are uploaded to the main folder.

When the upload is completed, you will see a confirmation on each file or information about errors if something went wrong.
