# Running / Exporting data

When the export is already created, it will be available on the grid view. To run it click on the pen (edit) icon.

No matter what kind of export are you using, after clicking on pen edit you will be taken to an edit page that looks the same for both export types.

From here you may manually start export by clicking *EXPORT NOW* in the right upper corner, or delete it by clicking on *REMOVE EXPORT*.

There are three tabs here as well: [General](/system/ergonode-transfer/exports/running-exporting-data/general.md), [History](/system/ergonode-transfer/exports/running-exporting-data/history.md), and [Scheduler](/system/ergonode-transfer/exports/running-exporting-data/scheduler.md).

{% hint style="info" %}
Currently, it's only possible to download exported ZIP files to a local machine, no FTP or SFTP server connections are available.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://usermanual.ergonode.com/system/ergonode-transfer/exports/running-exporting-data.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
